Evidence & Bioavailability Status — Nutrioz Vitamin D3 Oral Spray
Evidence & Bioavailability Status
Nutrioz Vitamin D3 Oral Spray — Molecular Spray Technology®
Delivery Mechanism
Nutrioz Molecular Spray Technology® is engineered for oral mucosa absorption — not swallowed like a tablet or capsule. Each spray delivers 0.06 ml of active Vitamin D3 formula directly to the oral mucosa for rapid uptake.
✦ Spray volume: 0.06 ml per spray
✦ Bottle volume: 14.4 ml
✦ Sprays per bottle: 240 (14.4 ml ÷ 0.06 ml)
✦ Absorption route: Oral mucosa (sublingual/buccal)
Published Study Status
Nutrioz-specific published clinical bioavailability study: Not yet published. Product specification data, delivery-mechanism rationale, quality documentation, and a validation roadmap are available upon request.
Bioavailability Rationale
Oral mucosal delivery bypasses first-pass hepatic metabolism, which is associated with higher bioavailability potential compared to standard oral tablet or capsule formats. This mechanism is well-documented in peer-reviewed pharmacokinetic literature.
Next Validation Target
A clinical study measuring serum 25(OH)D levels before and after Nutrioz Vitamin D3 Molecular Spray use, ideally with comparison against a conventional D3 tablet or capsule.
✦ Primary marker: Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D]
✦ Comparator: Conventional D3 tablet or capsule
