A 0.06ml spray delivered inside the cheek. No tablet, no capsule, no choking risk.
Not Reliant on Digestion
Absorbed through the oral mucosa rather than the digestive tract.
No Prep, No Waiting
No crushing, no mixing into food, no thickened liquid. One spray, done.
The actual mass of active Vitamin D3 in a 1000 IU dose (25 micrograms). Molecular Spray Technology® is built to deliver a dose this small with precision.
What Molecular Spray Technology® Actually Does
Each spray delivers a precise 0.06ml dose formulated for contact with the oral mucosa. This is a delivery format, not a bloodstream-speed claim — it means no tablet has to be swallowed and no capsule has to be broken down first.
The pump is activated before first use (4-6 primes) and delivers the same measured amount every time.
The Details Behind the Formula
Why Methylcobalamin
B12 uses methylcobalamin, the coenzyme form the body uses directly, rather than cyanocobalamin which needs an extra conversion step.
Why B9 & B6 Are Included
Folate (B9) and B6 are commonly formulated with B12 because the three work together in methylation and energy metabolism.
cGMP Facility
Every batch is produced in a certified cGMP facility in Arizona, USA.
Travel-Friendly Size
Each 14.4ml tube is under the 100ml/3.4oz TSA carry-on liquid limit, with an airless pump that stays closed until activated.
D3: 60-Day Supply
60 servings per tube at the suggested 4 sprays/day (4000 IU, 500% DV).
B12: Up to 240 Days
240 sprays per tube at the suggested 1 spray/day (125mcg B12, 5000% DV).

Does the whole Nutrioz line avoid swallowing?
No, and we want to be upfront about that. Per the labels, D3 and B12 are sprayed inside the cheek with no swallowing involved. Our Multivitamin, Energy, and Sleep sprays are sprayed into the mouth and swallowed. For dysphagia and swallowing-risk patients, D3 and B12 are the products we recommend.
How is this different from crushing a pill?
Crushed medication changes dosing accuracy and residents frequently refuse it. A pre-dosed 0.06ml spray requires no prep and delivers a consistent amount every time.
Can we order a trial before committing?
Yes. We send a trial case to evaluate first. Net-30 terms are available once an institutional account is approved.
Where is Nutrioz manufactured?
